Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oprex Open Invoice Report Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
The Oprex Open Invoice Report Tool processes QuickBooks export files in Excel format to generate open invoice reports. Users upload files, which are processed in-memory, and download the resulting report.
Authorized Users
Access to the tool is limited to employees and authorized personnel of Oprex Commercial Construction and its affiliates. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
User Accounts & Authentication
Users authenticate via Microsoft or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
Acceptable Use
You agree to upload only authorized company financial data. You may not:
- Upload non-company data
- Attempt to access data of other users
- Use the tool for unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the tool
Intellectual Property
The tool and its content are the property of Oprex Commercial Construction. Data you upload remains your or the company's property. Reports generated by the tool are derived from your data.
Data Handling
Uploaded files are processed entirely in-memory and are not stored on our servers. Output files are generated and provided for immediate download, after which they are discarded. No file data persists beyond the processing session. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oprex Commercial Construction is not liable for any inaccuracies in generated reports. Users should verify report data before making business decisions. The tool may use AI-assisted matching, which is probabilistic in nature.
Artificial Intelligence
The tool may optionally use AI for invoice-to-project matching. For full details, see our AI Usage Statement.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the tool following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
